Let's go to Krabi, Thailand

It was during the summer's school holidays where Hubby, Bf and me went to Krabi.
There are so many hotels and resorts which we really had a difficult time to choose. In the end, we decided on Krabi Resort & Peace Laguna.

Upon arrival, we went for famous duck noodles in Krabi.
Though the layout of the restaurant was very simple, the food there was marvellous.

Krabi Resort - located in the central of Ao Nang Beach.
We booked the cottage facing the limestone cliffs surrounded by Andaman sea.
This is the only resort here that have a private beach.
Easily accessible : -- the markets, restaurants, bars, spas, pharmacy, grocery and the pier.

Dinner was local food at Wanna's Place. got free wifi...

 

Then we went to the  weekend night market at Krabi town, which was around 40min drive away by tuk tuk. We alighted infront of  Vogue Shopping Centre, the night market is next to it.

Summer is actually a rainy season too, within one hour, it rained thrice. Every time it rained, we have to run to the nearest shelter, vendors have to overlay their retail goods with a plastic sheet. The amusing part was, each rain lasts barely 10 minutes.

 

We went to this super crowded market on Saturday night and really enjoyed the place very much.
There are many souvenirs shops , local music makeshift cafes or pubs ,local Thai food, clothing and much more. we ended up stopping at almost all the stalls.Food is cheap , and some of it really were really delicious. We tried many kind of food  and there are tables at the middle of the night market for visitors to eat at ease. There is even a stage too, there are performances from local schools.
It is worth a visit.

The next day, we decided for some adventure : island hopping tour.
Yes, we hop all the way in the speedboat due to heavy waves.

Overall these  islands are just nearby each other, beautiful scenery great for pictures, sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling next to the island with the shape of a tortoise. We are lucky to see colourful coral fishes around us. 


Walking along the coastal line, it will lead you to massage huts by the sea. The whole of this particular are all massage huts !!!

Next Hotel : Peace Laguna. Also at Ao Nang, within walking distance from Krabi Resort.
The next 2 days here is basically just to chill here. Everything is so comfortable, even hot sun seems smiling at us.
